"No need for cockroaches"

Films: Rats: Nights of Terror (1984)

Alias: None

Type: Mutant

Location: Civilized area

Height/Weight: That of average rats.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: When the world goes boom, if it ever does, at least some species will tough it out. It may not be humans that make it in the end, but if they do, they'd better get used to the new neighbors...

History: In the year 2015 (just go with it), the world has been ravaged by nuclear war. Those who remain are the "New Primitives" of the surface and the dregs of the underground. The latter have recently decided to inhabit an abandoned village with plenty of food and space to go around. But the place actually is populated. By an army's worth of flesh-eating rats.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Almost every rat is gassed and killed by a cavalry of men in hazmat suits. The men in suits then reveal themselves to be rat-people. We...honestly don't know what to say.

Powers/Abilities: None

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-As per the norm, swarms of meat-eating rats are not to be trifled with. Sure, there's not a whole lot unique about these rodents compared to previous rat swarms, but a swarm is a swarm.

Trivia: -This film was rejected twice by the ratings system before it finally got an R-rating.

-The set for this film was the dilapidated remains of the one used for "Once Upon a Time in America".

Years of being the world's pests had not done wonders for their mental health.

Erm...WHAT?!
Sorry. You're in the wrong movie. Go to some other wasteland film.
Oh, and by the way. THIS IS THE ENDING.
